Tenant Fair Handling Act – the landlord/management company has to disclose to you the source of the report they relied on to deny your application. You may request a copy of such report, and you cannot be denied.

Policies and Procedures – you must agree to the Agency’s policies and procedures prior to completing your application and paying.
